Robot As a Service - Minimal upfront cost

In Aisle Picking

Tall Boy Placing an item in the order crate

Tall Boy can handle most of the FMCG products without any human intervention.

Tall Boy is capable of picking products directly from the aisle, reducing the picking time substantially.

Advanced Image recognition

Image showing how the robot sees, it segments each item to decide how to pick
Robot camera taking a picture of the order crate to decide where to place the product

Tall boy uses stereo cameras and an advanced vision neural network to recognise and precisely pick and place products directly from within the aisles. The model is very accurate while being extremely fast to facilitate very quick picks.

Highlights

Advanced image vision for object detection and segmentation for quick and precise operations

Is able to handle most of the Grocery SKUs.

Identifies the best point to pick the object based on object shape, orientation and material properties

Preplanned placement of picked objects on the order crate for good packing efficiency and minimal damage

Height of the robot relative to a human (10 feet for robot vs 6 feet for human)

Tall Boy can reach a height of 10 feet. This allows for higher utilisation of the vertical space in the warehouse, increasing storage density substantially.

10 Feet reach

Use the Entire Vertical Space

Tall Boy Navigating the Micro Warehouse

Tall Boy uses advanced Lidar and SLAM (Simultaneous localisation and Mapping) based navigation stack to navigate within the warehouse fully autonomously.

Highlights

Accurate and reliable mapping: The Lidar can generate accurate and reliable maps of the warehouse, allowing the robot to accurately localise itself and plan its path around obstacles

Robust navigation: Tall Boy uses a robust navigation stack that can handle complex environments, such as those found in grocery warehouses. It can also handle dynamic obstacles, such as people and carts.

Tall boy is capable of moving faster than an average human!
